It's high time I started an exercise program.
I want to start slow, so for the time being, I am just going to do some walking.
I was off today, so I had an early, 30-minute brisk walk.
Then, after supper, I had another 30-minute walk.
I will incorporate some upper body workouts perhaps next week.

I keep forgetting to log my workouts.
Last week, I walked 4 out of 7 days, approximately 30-minute walks. This week so far, I have not ventured out as it was raining most of the time. I still need to figure out how to start some weights. I want to investigate the possibility of getting some CDs or tapes which will help me start some low impact weights for beginners. I wish I knew where to look for this.
