Default Back at it...AGAIN!!!!

Wow, what a ride life is. I lost on Atkins then maintained for 3 years. Slow creeps here and there. Tried SB, but found that at that time I was too preoccupied to stick with it enough to get to Phase 2. Now I am so far off any type of plan that I wouldn't call it switching, I would call it starting AGAIN. I have retarted day 1 for 5 days in a row. But today, I have made it to Day 2 (Yipee). I have not weighed myself yet. Way too scary!!!!!! I will weigh myself tomorrow morning.

I deceided to go to the beach for long term health benefits. I know that it is better for my insides then Atkins, even though I do not think I will be as successful at before.

Slimmama, welcome to the beach. If you work the program it will work for you. Remember to eat till satisfied (not full). Don't let yourself be hungry, no one can live like that. Stop by here often so we can encourage you. Best of luck.
