This sounds familiar. When I do OMAD, I eat and eat, and as the body adjusts, the calorie intake decreases.
Maybe your body just needs more time to make the adjustment.
Otherwise can u divide calories into two meals instead of three to keep at your preferred daily count??
The longer time between last meal and first makes a big difference to how the body used its energy. Even if eating the same number of calories. Once my body can really pull energy from storage my calories drop.
Hope this makes sense.... Im not the best writer.
