Well I think I'm ready for the Christmas eating trials.....I've made myself some goodies...peanut butter cookies with a dollop of the chocolate from the truffles recipes (Atkins book), some plain old Truffles, and as we speak the Coconut Macaroons (Atkins book) are in the oven. Christmas dinner won't be tough 'cause it's not something I have to have...I'll just have some turkey and a few different veggies...it's Christmas morning breakfast that I can't wait for - Christmas Morning Wifesaver (from the Best of Bridge)...most ingredients are actually fine, it's just the bread...but this is the poison I've picked to indulge on over the holidays.

Hi Suzan, Kind of weird. My name is Suzanne and I live on the west coast of Canada. I'm in the Fraser Valley. I would be interested in hearing how your diet is progressing. Are you on Atkins? I'm starting Atkins on Jan. 2. I have to lose about 35 lbs, or even 25 would be good. I quit smoking almost a year ago........I don't smoke anymore......I just munch.....I'm totally committed to taking this weight off.
