Default Extra thin pizza crips

In a frying pan......

1 Tablespoon Butter (or EVCO)

Heat up until it is very hot....

Add shredded mozzarella cheese all the way around the pan
Add 3 TBSP of salasa
A sprinkling of oreggano and parmesian cheese
Peperoni and any pizza toppings you like

Drop the heat to medium and cover the dish.

Once the bottom of the cheese become hard, flip it over for a very short time. Just enough time to brown the top half of the cheese.

Serve on a plate

Gobble it up... It really is incredible.
