Well I should up date it then, it takes alot of time. There are a few recipes at the end of the recipe thread that are not linked yet. Dh had an asthma attack, but is doing well. He was in the hospital for 4 days.

hey im still here lol...

true, i barely come on when its summer...i dont even watch tv in the summer...im never in the house...except these days trying to finish a kitchen...and now i bought a motorcycle and hubby and i go for rides on weekends or nights...its new but not sure if i will keep it or really like it like he does...im giving it a try so like that i cant say, no i dont like it or have any excuse to ride...all this to say that is why i dont come on much on a computer and i work on them alllllllllllllllll day long so trust me when you come home you just dont want to see one...even though i have 2 lol....

Chari, what are you going to be doing as a new life of eating?

Lanny I am gonna give You: on a diet a try. It's written by Doctor Oz and Doctor Roizen. It's basis is the same as here, eating healthy, but they have a menu plan and exercise. Also a support group. I got the book from the library and like it. Here's the link if you wanna look.

I want to get that book too. I watched them on Oprah and find Dr. Oz very interesting.

yes i also see him on Oprah...i saw him once on a special show of his own and he was with this other dr which i forgot his name and they would go to people's home and go in their kitchen and look what the homeowners have as food and would throw it out in the garbage and go shopping for food and the people would change the way they eat...etc etc ....anyhow it was very interesting..thanks for the site will check into it too...
