Default GI Diet and Exercise!

Rick suggests exercise to go along with this diet and I'm wondering what people do, do you do some he suggests in the book or your own thing or nothing?

I do Curves for Women and my goal for Jan was to go everyday they are open which is Mon thru Sat. but I was unable to go yesterday due to health reasons but got back at it this a.m.

I also like to walk and do that when the weather permits it outside. I have a treadmill but I hate to use it much rather take in the neighborhood.

looking forward to hearing from others.

Pat-Thanks for the thread....you replied on the other but didn't vote.

I was going to the gym, but I have heal spurs and last few days been doing situps...foot stretches, and weights. In the summer I love to walk the metro park trails. Can't wait!

Default exercise

Hi,
I do pilates once a week.
And threadmill 2-3 a week + abs + situps (30 min total)
In the last week I was not feeling well so I did only the pilates, but as I gain strength I should work out again.
Doing exercise keeps me healthy, since I do cardio in the threadmill I feel that my inmume system is strenghtening.
Have a nice day
Denise

I find it hard to workout on my Total Gym now that I am fully healed and back to work full time. However, DW, Grandaughter, and I go for walks and do hiking trails (we have a few around here) on the weekends. Can't wait for golf season to begin. Walking 18 holes is pretty good excersize. Honest it really is . Or at least it's better than watching golf on TV. I think I need to use my Total Gym 3 times a week.

I did sit ups today...foot exercises, lifted 15 pounds weights for my arms. Feel good!
Tomorrow is a new day!
