does it matter how many carbs are eaten on the gi diet?

Hi Jonny:
Yes it does matter how many carbs and the type of carbs that are eaten. In Rick Gallop's books on The G.I. Diet he tells us to fill our plates 1/4 lean protein, 1/4 low g.i. carbs (like brown rice or noodles) and 1/2 veggies.
