I dont konw if i am good at helping either, but I too think it's a good idea to buy lots of things to cook. I love cooking and it's nice to come home and already have food that you can have because it's already prepared. I had an awful binge last night and Im tempted to continue it so it's really hard even for me to give advice other than this: no matter what has happened in the past keep pushing through and do not let it determine your future unless of course it's something postive.
