Thumbs up can i just tel you....

i did tae bo boot camp yesterday and i can sooo feel it today. you use resistance bands. they are NOT as stretchy as they look and i could only do 1 rep instead of 4. i found muscles i didn't know i had!!! I use my upper body all the time at work, or at least i thought i did till now. If anyone else is in to tae bo and would like to "buddy" up I would be all for it.

I got Tae bo Cardio- I am going to start it tonight and see how it goes- I'm hoping it will get rid of some of the jigglyness of my thighs!

I am hoping that the music and Billy Blanks' motivational talking will help me to stay motivated.

I did the Tae Bo Cardio workout just now. I think if I keep at it, it will be really effective.

I was certainly sweating and felt like I moved muscles I havent heard from in a while! I did the whole workout. I felt kind of clumsy at parts and couldnt do all the moves perfectly, but I finished the dvd!

Billy Blanks is really motivational. I think I am probably really going to feel it tomorrow!
