Well, My bet is you have a really good immune system. And if the grandkids are older than toddlers and have no underlying issues , they are better posed to fight off a virus.
I know you are very concerned with getting it. But remembet, many many many people have had it and didnt know. Their symptoms so very mild.
Got word recently that 96 year old woman(mother to step siblings) who is in a nursing home and has been for years, tested positive. Yet no obvious symptoms. I have so many questions. What does she eat? Can she get outside? How did her immune system fight it off?
Im sorry you cant see your cherished little ones.
Here I am pushing my teens to have a robust immune system. Its not IF they get sick, but when. Neither of my kids have missed a day of school in years.....Im sure that will change this year.....the teens want time with their friends face to face.
Then I work on beefing up my immune system. Have I done enough to have a robust immune system. Ivor Cummins suggests a four prong defense: take vit D3, eat high quality food sources, decrease stress, get body inflammation reduced.
The longer I can delay exposure, the more effort/time to tackle my health issues.
IM NOT WAITING FOR A VACCINE. Im acting now.
