Okay- I did 30 minutes at Curves on Sat. I want to start working out at least 5 times a week by the end of the month. Last week I went twice- I need to get that to three- and two walking or swimming sessions.

Plan is to work out tonight. I can start going in the morning before going to work, and since I'll have more work shirts soon (yea!) changing at the gym should not be a problem--- on Non- Woodchuck (dog) days.

Worked out at curves- and walkled some afterwards. Today was beau-ti-ful!!! Tomorrow I might take the Woodchuck out for a walk in the evening after work- or maybe even in the morning if I have time after my doctor's appointment before heading in
