Lol, i think it can be a great game BUT i really don't think you will get any valuable results. Instead & for the same price buy a stationnery bike, put it in front of your TV watching some DVD or shows & you will lost your pounds ;-) Altough It must be fun for a man to see some girls shaking their buns in front of the tv lol

Actually - having tried it, it's worth the money and you WILL get valuable results, if you stick with it. You will break a sweat. You will tone muscles.

I'm also basing this off my boyfriend (6'0, skinny (bones)) using it as well.
