Default deviled eggs

Deviled eggs are made from hard boiled eggs; here's the recipe I use:

--hard boiled eggs (I usually make a whole carton);cool them
--cut eggs in 1/2 the long way and scoop out the yolks into bowl; wash egg halves out.
--mix 1 tbs mayo and some mustard to taste (if you like) w/yolks, and mix until smooth (may need to add more mayo depending on # of egg yolks)
--you can also add bits of cooked sausage and spinach too.

when yolk mixture is whipped together, spoon back into egg halves and ENJOY! I sprinkle some paprika on them too. YUMMMM!

OH deviled eggs, YUMMY!

Those are so good and perfect for a quick snack if you have them already made waiting for you in the fridge.

Tuna eggs are good too. Just don't make the tuna too wet.
