Is half & half like single cream? cos we don't have half & half. I always use it in my diet. Not everyday though, jut like 2-3 times a week.

Half-and-half is pretty much just what it's named. It's half milk and half cream.

YUM! I have been using the "bread" for everything from grilled cheese to burgers to steak sandwiches. Yeah it's not the same texture or taste but it gives me something to grip my sandwiches/burgers in. Absolutely love it!!!!!

So to make these sweet, how much splenda is needed?

I just made a batch of these and I think they are really good. Kind of flimsy for a sandwhich but it works, lol.

I didnt taste the pork rinds at all, so I want to try making them sweet instead. Not only for breakfast but you could almost use these as crepes. I am thinking some sliced strawberries and blueberries and homemade whipped creme (made with splenda) spooned into the middle of a rolled up "pancake" .

I'll have to try your recipe out sometime. Here's one I did not so long ago that makes a very nice grilled cheese sandwich, for anyone wanting to try alternatives:

I posted it on the main dish forum. It would perhaps be better served on this forum. If a moderator wants to move it here that would be OK by me.

Candice posted a good looking grilled cheese, too. But I can't seem to find it right now to post the link.
