Tea, brewed, prepared with tap water, decaffeinated= .7g carb/cup

Really?

But Coffee, brewed, espresso, restaurant-prepared, decaffeinated doesn't?

Hmm, anyone have more info on this?

The My P.L.A.N. data comes from the USDA database. The USDA lists 0.71 grams of carbs in a cup of tea.

All tea has some kind of carb.. but very little so I wouldnt worry about it good Luck
