Eggwhites Microwaved

Hi all,

when I first joined here I saw a recipe for eggwhites that were beaten and microwaved as a snack. It sounded so good, but I didn't write it down and now I can't find it again. Does anyone know of this recipe and how it's made? Thanks in advance. Dianne

I don't know what it was, I just read it and it sounded so oooo good. I did find a recipe for macarroons, maybe that's what I was looking for? Thanks for the reply. Dianne
