I had to take a few days off on the walking due to a complicated molar extraction. Started up again yesterday, just a half mile. Today, 3/4. Tomorrow, the moon!

I've been doing squats, donkey kicks, and a couple of other floor exercises for 3 days...gotta keep it up, add more.

So...do your unposted posts (that you are working on) disappear if you click another page, then go back? I thought I remembered it still being there when you returned to finish...? Anyway that just happened.

C/P from a restart years ago:

20 Torso Track: none today
10 squats: 5
10 alternating lunges, 5 per side: 5 per: 11
15 bridges: 11
15 Mr. Sandman: 10
30 elbow squats: 15
Weighted arm exercises, 3 lbs:
10 Back Drops (elbows up): 5 (all weighted exercises caused mild LB pain, darnit)
6 Barbells: 5
12 Bent arm lifts (seated, elbows on knees): 8
8 Pushouts: 4
10 Chicken Wings: 4
10 per side rowing: 4 per
10 Hand Squeezes, hold last one for 10: 6, 10

Walked 1.1 miles today and .8 yesterday. Pace is slower than it used to be.

I have been laying down, when I am not working, for several months...only a few random days working in the yard. So very unmuscular right now.

Hi Paula!
Yes, I believe they do. It doesn't seem to save as draft.
I am trying to get into better exercise habits again. It seems if I don't make it part of the 90 day Good habit thread, I just get one or two walks in a week, if that...

Tuesday 6/10:

Well I got 2 more walks in before the heat wave. 2 days ago, it was predicted to be 95º today; it's currently 104º. I'll concentrate on indoor stuff for the time being.

20 Torso Track: none today
10 squats: 5; 8
10 alternating lunges, 5 per side: 5 per; 7 per;
15 bridges: 11; 15;
15 Mr. Sandman: 10 ; 18

Adding today (child's pose after each):
Side-lying leg lifts: 8 per;
Front-lying leg lifts: 2 per;
Back-lying leg lefts: 8 per;

Numb calf, bottom of foot, left side after doing the leg lifts. Hurts to walk. I'm done for today.

........................................................................ ....

158.0

Still some numbness in outer left thigh, my calf and bottom of foot. I haven't had this in a very long time. Lucky for me, standing all day at work does not bother my back at all.

Wednesday 6/11:

20 Torso Track: none today
10 squats: 5; 8, 8;
10 alternating lunges, 5 per side: 5 per; 7 per; 7 per;
15 bridges: 11; 15; 10;
15 Mr. Sandman: 10; 18; 15;
30 elbow squats: 15; 0; 25;
Weighted arm exercises, 3 lbs:
10 Back Drops (elbows up): 0; 0; 8;
6 Barbells: 5; 0; 5;
12 Bent arm lifts (seated, elbows on knees): 8; 0; 8;
8 Pushouts: 4; 0; 4;
10 Chicken Wings: 4; 0; 6;
10 per side rowing: 4 per; 0; 8;
10 Hand Squeezes/hold last one for 10: 6/10; 0; 8/10;

Another hot day. 101º by 10 a.m. Sprayed down the plants around 8:30 and will do it again in a few hours. Day off today
