Default Find my custom recipes?

Hi, I've created a couple of recipes, but I can't figure out how to find them and use them in my daily meals. They don't show up when I search for them, either by ingredient or name, and I don't see a pull down option for Recipes. Help!

Go to My P.L.A.N., and scroll all the way down to the bottom of the menu on your left. The last section should be titled Food Lists, and the second selection in that area should also be Food Lists. Click on that selection. On the page that comes up, you will see a list of food items. On the far right, just above that list, you should see My Recipes. Click that and a list of all your recipes will come up. Just click on the one you want to look at.

Thank you, that is exactly what I needed!

BTW, I lost mucho weight in the past and kept it off with low carb but finally regained much of it last year and kept having false starts on resuming my low carb woe. I came here a couple of weeks ago and have learned so much! I thought I knew it all, really! I've lost ten pounds, feel much better, have the appetite under control, and am finding the tools and information here to really make this work for me where I was failing on my own. So... thank you!!!! :-)
