Big players from the low carb world interviewed. And the resulting documentary was not only informative but a bit entertainmenting, too.
IMHO covered a wide variety of topics in reasonable detail. (Fasting and IR not covered. )But surely made a solid case for eating real whole foods and dumping the processed foods that crowd the grocery, and the fast food joints.
Most of us know all this. So watch it to fact check.And if it's new to you, take it all in. Or share with someone with children or health issues
