Default carbs by difference

ive found out how to add my foods to "My Plan" and educating myself while doing it while filling in required fields, ie, protien, fats etc, i dont know what carbs by difference is, is it normal carbs or NET carbs?

The simple answer is "normal carbs", for details, check the sticky notes at the top of this sub-forum, it's a bit complicated.
