Question Symptoms of Yeast Infection...

Hi,

I guess it is a silly question but........... I am new to this WOE and have never had a yeast infection. From the various posts I find that Low carb diet can cause yeast infection.

My question is - What are the symptoms of yeast infection?

Thanks for all your support

Kranti

Hmm from the posts I've read on this board.... Low Carbing helps clear them, not give them to you since you're eliminating dairy and sugar from your diet..

This thread has a list of symptoms..

low carb helps to clear them .thrush infections like a high sugar environment which is why uncontrolled diabetics often have thrush.mushrooms, yeast extract spreads, as well as sugar is best avoided with a thrush flareup.
