I'm always fascinated at how often the recommendation is for psychiatric help if the doctors can't figure the problem out! (I don't know what is wrong with you, you must be imagining it.)

Figuring out which foods trigger it: Wheat was a huge one, Dairy next, I think corn does. I can eat small amounts of seeds but if I eat too many I'm in trouble and now coconut flour.
