Default Experiences with threelac and GSE

Hi

So i am pretty confident that I have candida and thats what is causing my problems. I have been looking around the internet loads ( my head is spinning with info!) However i have come across the following treatments quite alot and wondered if anyone has had good or bad experiences with them.

I am going to stick to a protein, greens and no alcohol/bread/sugar diet - however wonderd if these things could help.

Grapefruit seed Extract
Oil of Oregano
Threelac
Lactobacillus Acidophilus - Live yoghurt?

Thanks
