Wow. Incredible -- proof is in the pudding!!! Congrats -- big time!

I'm going to have to look more fully into this Fat Flush Plan -- never heard of it... been doing Atkins for over a year and although I'm pretty happy with my success so far, I would LOVE to get rid (or at least lessen the appearance) of the cottage cheese on my thighs. I religiously walk every morning on my treadmill so my calves look incredible, but no matter what, those thighs are sooooo cottage cheesy.

Chin up. Good things come in time, right?

Thanks for the inspiration!!

So you can't eat <insert fave carb here> without gaining weight while your best friend can eat 4 of them and is skinny as a rail. Get over it. Life isn't fair. Get over that, too. Chances are, there are health issues just over the horizon for your best friend. You'd better get healthy so you can lend her moral support.
How true, I was fine till I got into my 40's. Ill have to look for FF at the used bookstore-- I have a collection of diet books for reference.

This was me as well. Metabolism changed for the worse. Seems like it's a common thing. I'm curious about reading Fat Flush myself. I put a hold on a copy at my library (five copies are checked out--clearly, a popular book!)

Csoar, you look fantastic. Congratulations on your success! Very inspirational.

Thumbs up

Thank you so much for sharing your success story. You have motivated me to not having a cheat day. I have to do some research on the Fat Flush Diet.

Once again, thank you and congratulations.

I loved your story and advice. I unfortunately had the experience of being the fat mother of the bride. A day I had looked forward to ever since she was born turned out to be an uncomfortable day for me. Just shopping for the tent to wear at her wedding was harrowing. But those days are gone.
meanwhile, Va Va va Voom!! That swimsuit picture rocks!! I haven't bought a swimsuit in 9 years. You are truely inspiring!
