Nicola,

Looking at the list of foods you like, the only two that are really bad for a lower-carb diet are the corn and white potatoes. So, if you can limit those and eat more broccoli instead, you will be doing okay.

Sounds like you are doing great on the exercise - I wish I had one of those exercise machines at home!

Sounds like you are making a good try at this under difficult circumstances. It's important to remember that every little thing that you do to improve your way of eating and your fitness will pay off. The more you do, the faster it will - but every bit helps!

Hi Nicola

Chicken and broccoli can be a substantial and yummy meal. Potato, pasta, bread and rice is just not good for us PCOSers. If you want to feel better you have to get rid of all that stuff and I promise you will be jumping out of your skin and smiling like a lunatic. Just stir fry in olive oil and a good dose of garlic. Try bacon and eggs for breakfast and fish and salad for lunch. You will notice that your tastes change and things you didn't like before you will now so keep trying new things.
