29 lbs. to go
I have told myself that I would get back into alternating Pilates and bowflex. So I'll keep a log here. I walk almost an hour every night. My little bro does it with me so that keeps me going there. Hopefully with the strength, cardio, and low carbing I can lose those 29lbs. by the begining of September or October.

Pilates day, but was sick with a cronic bladder infection so stopped after pain began. About 10 min.
30 min walk also due to lower ab pain. ![Cry](/images/smilies/pi_cry.gif)
