Post Newbie (oldy)

2020 is the year I become responsible for my own health. I've done dirty keto & lost weight, i've done intermittent fasting (One Meal A Day-OMAD) & lost weight. I am trying keto Mediterranean OMAD. I am really impressed with you folks who have lost weight & kept it off for such a long period of time. Kudos to you. I appreciate the commitment & concern that you veterans of the forum show to us new people. Thank you in advance, Gary

Thank you for your response. I appreciate your commitment to weight loss and your reply and support. I'm getting it done today (other than 2 tablespoons of heavy cream in coffee-one meal today (2 really thin chicken breasts, a little shredded cheddar, 8 0z mushrooms cooked in 4 oz of butter)).

Hi and welcome, Gary. That sounds like a great meal. My Mediterranean-ish dinner last night was prosciutto, mozzarella cheese, and mashed cauliflower/rutabaga.
