Default Bad bad evening

Last night I fell asleep on the couch and when I woke up at 3am I finished TWO CANS of coconut milk sweetened with 4 sleeves of Xylitol. It's not so much what I ate that's upsetting me, but how much and why.

Haven't picked up anything and still in ketosis, but I feel horrible today. Stomach very upset and feeling nauseous And emotional.

That sounds rough. Maybe tonight a little bedtime ritual and get into bed perhaps after a bath and read.
