Did the meat/egg thing..here is what happened..
Well, I gained some weight over a vacation and had been stalled for a while. so I started the meat/egg fast thing last Monday (I was at 151.8)...I was down to 144 by this past Sunday (about 6.5 lbs!). Today, Tuesday I am back up to about 146.8. So, in the end it did help jump start my weight loss again, but I gained back about 2 lbs once I started putting back in cheese and cream...so I am trying to do it slowly and work out quite a bit. But I guess in the end it does work if you have been stalled for a long time! Think I probably lost a lot of water weight, but it did help!
