Default Low Carb Bread

Hello, sorry my first post is asking for advice, but I just wanted to ask peoples experience on low carb bread, pittas/wraps etc.

Ive done Atkins before and managed fine eating meats and eggs, but this time its really getting hard, so I've decided to try low carb breads and things to give me a little variety and a brake without coming out of ketosis, I've never done this before as I stop loosing weight if I go over 25g a day, but I came across a site called Low Carb Megastore and bit the bullet and ordered two loafs of there fresh baked low carb bread (1.9g), and Josephs pittas and wraps around 4gs each which I've seen on a few sites,

But, I've just eaten 4 slices of bread with eggs, but I've sat and worried and convinced myself its a scam and to good to be true , Can someone tell me it really is only 1.9g of carbs a slice (and how?), and has anyone had trouble staying in ketosis while eating the LC bready type things?

Thank you,
P
