Default ok... I am back again.......

Hi Everyone! I am back!!! again!!!! I need to be here with all of you and thank you for still being here...... I just returned from a month-long visit to Italy. Though low carbing was tough (with all the pasta, pizza, bruschetta, lasagna, and oh, my goodness, the ice cream!) we drank tons of water and we walked and walked, at least six hours a day. I actually lost four pounds even eating all that, but now that I am back to the good ol' US of A and back to my usual routine, I need to get back into the real Atkins way of thinking. Just letting all of you know that I am back and today was my first day back on induction. Doing good so far!!!!!
