Question Carb Blockers...anyone Trying Them???

Hello...I just found an article on carb blockers and was wondering if anyone has tried them and is having any success with them.... I thought I might try them this week....

I don't use them but my sister does. She says that if she over does the starchy carbs and uses the blocker that by the following morning she shows trace ketones still.

So, they work for her maybe for you also, just be sure to read the lable and follow the guidelines!

My bet would be that she'd show them anyway...I've checked my ketones the day after a carb "oops", and didn't drop out entirely.

My experience with these is that all I got for my money was really bad gas, and the feeling that I could keep going off-plan, because I had my "magic pills"...

A very good and valid point. I also beleive that there are people that may benefit from them and others they wont help at all.

I use carb blockers occassionally, more so while on vacation. I 'm continuing to lose weight, even tho I cheat when we go out to dinner etc. Don't know if it's because I use the blockers or not.

I will continue to use them...no ill effects from them, and I enjoy *indulging* sometimes.
