Goal: Follow Atkins 40, weigh and track daily including water. Limit dairy and artificial sweeteners.

Current weight goal: Stay under 205 lb for life. Longer term weight goal: Get down under 200 lb and stay there for life.

Target: <42 NC (<60 total), <1650 calories, <110 g fat, <120 g protein.
Actual: 31.0 NC (49.0 total), 1645 calories, 111 g fat, 122 g protein.
Goal weight: <200
Today's weight: 203.6

Default Day 12 - 90 days ends Jul 7

1. No cheats - on plan food only. To aid with this I am taking a small notepad with me and when I see something I think I will throw in my mouth I am going to write it down instead. Did ok. On my notepad from work: crackers, cookies, candy and what smelled like left over Chinese takeout (somebody's lunch). Will update if I need to tonight, not sure if I will have my sister dropping in late, haven't heard anything but it's a possibility.

Wild card day yesterday. Big holiday dinner, mostly on-plan food but lots of it. Didn't track or measure.

March 15 - June 15 ** Day 37 (4/21/2019)

Goals:
1. 90 days eating ketogenically.
2. 90 days planning/preparing in advance what I will eat for the next day or next several days
3. Going to sleep before midnight ** updated to make it 7 days/week

Status of a end of day 4/20:
1. 30/90 days eating Keto. - I much preferred how I did in Jan/Feb to now. I'm staying LC just not keto.
2. 29/90 days planning/preparing in advance. - this goal has caught up to eating keto
3. 16/90 days going to sleep before midnight. - Really not doing well with this goal. Ugh ...

I got through today. I have nothing out of the ordinary going on today, so no feast or temptations in that way. I chose to go get gas (a little farther out in another county for significantly cheaper prices) and the fast food places were calling me. I had to go get a few basics because the stores were closing early today or were not open at all. I got myself some SF chocolate covered toffee for the holiday and I am allowing some wine. Had pork rinds with me and ate some of those.

Day 78 of 90

I ate a lot this past weekend. I got my workouts in... walking, running, bicycling, and yard work. I didn't track my food, but I think I did alright. For the next 9 days I will be going back to my higher carb/very high fiber diet. I had a cholesterol lab taken last week to see what effect the "plant free" tweak had on my lipids. I expected LDL to be higher, but wow -- 259! That's the highest number yet. I have my annual checkup next month and my labs for that visit are slated for May 1st. I'll do what I've done in the past to get that number down. I'll show my doctor both reports. I want her to see how us 'fat adapted' people have very dynamic lipids. She tends to think that cholesterol numbers change very slowly. That may be true for people eating a high carb SAD diet. Not so for us. I expect to have my LDL well below 200 -- maybe even below 150 by May 1st.
