Default Honey at Night?

Atkins is a ketogenic diet. Honey is sugar. Sugar is anti-ketogenic.
The End.
Honey 1 T 17.4 carbs

Perhaps, perhaps not ... was at the feed store and saw two jars of Youngblood's (a local Texas honey) that's the best honey available here IMO

Had heard of the "Raw Honey or Hibernation Diet" before and know honey can help with the bad allergies now, so decided to try a small jar. Some bodybuilders swear it works. Had some in the pantry a couple of years ago, it eventually crystallized as all honey can. It's still very thick, but filtered so no honeycomb, so I can't take the recommended tablespoon all at once (the honey challenge) just a couple teaspoons is fine. Haven't lost anything in a couple days, but sleep better and have more energy, better mood etc. Coincidence? further research is needed.
Yesterday I had too much honey after dinner and awoke in the night feeling Hot, but feel fine now, so ill avoid overdoing it. I can't stomach supermarket honey though -- there's no comparison. Manuka Honey would likely be a more expensive substitute.

Ill try most anything once to break out of this stall, drop a stone and sleep thru the night awaking refreshed

Note: sometimes I have "Sleepy Time" tea at night, so tonight ill put some honey in it although I don't like honey in my black tea. Also just noted I can do more reps and push-ups in the weight room than usual now without fatigue. Possibly just another coincidence?
