Default I love all the low carb recipes!!

Oh my goodness if only this stuff was around 10 years ago! I used to get so bored with low carb that I would give up since I was dying for a sandwich. Then last year I found oopsie rolls which is eggs and cream cheese. Not exactly like bread but good enough to satisfy a sandwich craving. It doesn't work well with sloppy joe though, it turns kinda gooey.

Low carb pizza crust. Genius!! I like it better then my homemade flour crust. YUM. If I add more cheese I get pasta or tortilla like consistency so I can make a layer casserole for either Italian or Mexican dishes.

If only I knew all these ten years ago I wouldn't have 25 pounds left to loose.
