Been trying chia seeds in a couple ways.
Using a quart jar add chia and stir in water. How much water depends on your likeing. Sometimes thick or sometimes quit watery--- the textures are quite different.
I do like mixing in a crystal light berry flavor.
Put in fridge. Enough for a couple days.
To serve, mix with kefir, HWC, yogurt, buttermilk, kombucha or sour cream. I found a cultured sour cream and it lends a different flavor. Kefir is much prefered, but even kombucha makes it zingy
Generally: chia, and a cultured product and HWC is the minimum.
