Default Hello everyone...

...I'm new here. I know LC is what I need but have always struggled with even getting past a few days of it. I have read a lot about SB and it seems like it's the WOE I can handle for the long run.

I've been lurking around a lot and have gotten some great info and tips from journals and posts. I found the SB food lists and meal plan ideas. I plan on officially beginning Phase 1 on Tuesday because that will officially begin my summer vacation (I teach) and I thought that would work out nicely.

You all seem like a tight bunch who give eachother a lot of support. I hope I can be included, as that's just what I need!

Thanks for the kind welcomes. I got a new scale (have the feeling that it will show my weight as higher than the old one....deep sigh).

I plan on weighing in tomorrow and posting then
