hi, i a trying to lose weight there is a lot of research going on ,alpha lipoic acid's ability to help loose weight. but is it ok while breast feeding ? only 100 mg is required to be used.

if some body has already used or knows about it pls let me know as soon as possible!!!

Can't see any reason why it would be a problem, but unfortunately, I haven't seen any decent research that shows ALA will do anything helpful when it comes to losing weight.

The supplements I'd suggest are a good multi-vitamin, some fish oil (the body won't drop fat if it's not getting enough essential fatty acid), some extra vitamin C (low C is a huge factor in obesity) and a good cal/mag.
