good afternoon

Hi! My name is 1uncoolmom and I am a carboholic...ok, I am actually an "off the chain" diabetic. I did the South Beach diet years ago with fantastic results and then, one bite at a time, am back where I started. I re-started SB on the 1st and so far, so good.

Hi, there are a few on here, including me who have returned after falling off the wagon. You've just gotta get back on there and stick with it! Its not always easy, mentally to re start but once you do its easy!
