Default Have not started yet, but ready to go!

I am getting excited, my wife & I start Atkins on Monday!!!! We are getting rid of all of our Carb loaded foods this weekend and will be ready to roll Monday morning! Any hints or suggestions?

Read the book, thoroughly! Drink lots of water, have some lc snacks handy at all times (some places are not lc friendly), take your measurements (you may lose inches when you are not losing pounds) - and keep coming back!

Thanks, I am almost done reading the book. That is on the list to do this weekend as well as buying a good low carb cook book. Any suggestions?

Actually the best recipes i've found have been online. Type in low carbohydrate and see what you get.
