Default Any Effects of Ace Inhibitors

Hi. I am taking a blood pressure medicine called Lisinopril, an Ace inhibitor. Does anyone know if these are known to cause stalling?

Thanks.

I took an Ace inhibitor for awhile and while I can't say that it caused any problems with stalling, I did have to switch because I developed one of the more annoying side effects; a dry, tickly cough that wouldn't go away. Thankfully, I don't need BP meds anymore.

I think that if you Google Low Carb and Lisinopril or Atkins and ACE Inhibitors, you might come up with some answers.

I have used it for a long time. It has not caused any stalls for me.

Sorry, thought you needed some info on the medication.

beta blockers are the class of blood pressure drugs notorious for stalling. ACE inhibitors have other side effects but not that

No, but wave goodbye to your sex drive.

I've been taking Lisinopril for many years and havn't had a problem stalling with it. However I did get rid of the beta blocker they had me on and have had great success with both lc weight loss and gained control over my diabeties within a very short time after dumping it.
