Default Syndrome X

I've just been diagnosed after years of problems and tests. Explains why I always feel better on low carb and also why I got this weight gain in the first place.
I'd like to try the Chromium, Alpha lipoic acid etc but it's all so expensive!
Can anyone point me at an online store doing these at reasonable prices?
A combination pill with the right mix for this condition would be great but the ones I've found so far are far too expensive.
Any help much appreciated.

I'm not sure if these online places ship to the UK ...

Puritan Pride ... www.Puritan.com
Buy 1 get 2 Free = 3 bottles for the price of one!

There are TWO different types of Chromium....
Chromium Picolinate ... http://www.puritan.com/pages/file.a...&CPID=1072&np=1
GTF Chromium ... http://www.puritan.com/pages/file.a...&PID=455&CID=79

Vitacost ... www.vitacost.com
The NSI is a good general brand
Alpha Lipoic Acid ... http://www.vitacost.com/NSIAlphaLip...d-300mg-120Caps

Thanks to you both. Unfortunately as I'm in the UK the shipping costs cancel out the savings.
I need a UK supplier but thanks for the swift response anyway.

Thumbs up UK supplements

alphavita

Scroll down this forum to the section titled-Local Low-Carbers & Support Group....
there is a section for UK posters...you can ask there where other Uk-ers shop for supplements.

Or click here: http://forum.lowcarber.org/forumdisplay.php?f=35
