Serving Sizes

Should I be cutting back on my serving sizes of meat? I have read in some low carb books that for a medium frame person, a serving size of meat should be no more than 4 oz.

Atkins rule of thumb that you eat till you are satified. Personally I never measure my meat, just eat as much as I want.
