Default Induction

I have two questions: I started induction on November 25 did well but on Thanksgiving I did have a piece of pie so do I start completely over with Induction and Friday November 29th as my first day on Induction or can I keep November 25th as my start day?

On Carb counting - am I suppose to be keeping up with my carbs if I am following the amounts of lettuces and vegetables that are allowed in the Induction? Because I notice that an egg is .6 and
he says to eat until you are satisfied and eat has
much protein during Induction? Confused????

Please help!

Default Counting Carbs

Hi Wonewok,

I started induction a little bit before you did. I also went through Thanksgiving while on induction. I just took that day off and started in again the next day. (I didn't go hog wild with carbs, but I did eat the meal and pie) Today, I weighed in and have lost 14 lbs, so I am considering myself done with induction now. I don't know if this is the right approach or not because I haven't read the "book".

While I was on iduction I counted my carbs, because I too noticed the deal about the eggs. I always stayed under 20 carbs a day.

I hope this helps. It worked for me.

Good luck!
