1. No cheats - on plan food only. To aid with this I am taking a small notepad with me and when I see something I think I will throw in my mouth I am going to write it down instead. I am having a hard time. Those stupid cookies and some candy from somebody's vacation in Ireland were calling - I nearly blew it. There is foofy coffee creamer in the fridge. Fast food calls loudly. A fair amount of stress going on with fam-damily, doing my best to stay out of it. I can't control what other people do/think/say. I can control what I put in my mouth.
