Default Day 4 of 5 this week - 90 days ends Apr 8

1. No cheats - on plan food only. To aid with this I am taking a small notepad with me and when I see something I think I will throw in my mouth I am going to write it down instead. Day 60. On my notepad for the last few days: Starbucks new drinks, PANCAKES, pkg of really good sounding cappucino mix on the table at the library, little cookies, mini muffins, popcorn, some candy from a patron that I really like. I ended up going out with the library staff tonight, free ticket to see our branch manager in a radio play and out to eat. I did well, stuck with water, and ordered the rolled eggplant with ricotta topping. It was not breaded, thankfully. I did not want to blow my progress.

2. 30 min exercise 5 X a week. did not happen. I had planned to go walking after work tonight since I had some time before the sun set, but then I went to the play instead.

3. Clean SOMETHING. Or sort, organize, etc. 15 min + 5 X a week. did not happen ...oh well. Not a great week so far for anything but staying on plan and that's the biggie.

4. Open mail right away, keep on top of finances. Annnnd didn't happen today.

Day 26 of 90

Goal: Keep on tracking, baby! Weigh myself daily. Pay attention to hunger, thirst, and satiety signals. Be mindful of portions and eating and drinking enough to sustain me. Serve myself on plates, cups and dishes instead of eating out of a container.

Had dinner out with DH at our favorite Chinese buffet and only retained a pound of water. Very good progress at minimizing the blips over the course of the week.

Water intake okay. Had lots of hot tea with dinner. Feeling well this morning.

ACE: 30-40 g NC
Yesterday's net carbs: 37.8 g

Goal weight: <205
Today's weight: 206.6

1) Weigh Daily and track it on my habit calendar in my bedroom
2) Track all food daily
3) Stick to 20g total carbs or fewer per day 36g total carbs
4) LCHF as outlined by the DietDoctor website

37/90 perfect days

Still on plan every single day! I've got that going for me, I suppose

4. Open mail right away, keep on top of finances. To say this has been a rough week is an understatement. Sorting thru income tax docs, healthcare marketplace stuff they need resubmitted, etc. Applying for jobs online, trying to navigate the jfs website. It all takes so much TIME... by the time the PT office decides on who gets that job I'll be standing on the street corner...

Maxed out my protein and calories at 29 g NC. That's what I get for having pork roast and pecans for breakfast, but it was so good! Also had lots of vegetables, so that's good, too.

Water intake okay. Feeling well this morning.

Yesterday's net carbs: 29.1 g

Goal weight: <205
Today's weight: 206.6

Snow storm yesterday so stayed inside watching low carb Denver. No walking accomplished.

Day 38 of 90

I ate a little too much VLC, plant free, OP food weekend. Both days were likely break even days on the weight loss front. I failed to track my food on a busy day yesterday, but it was probably the better of the two days. I'm back to tracking everything today.

My daughter Kel is back from college on spring break. Sunday was a nice day, so we ran a practice 10K together. Well, sort of "together". At 3 miles she was at least 2 minutes ahead of me. But I'm the tortoise in this race. As she pooped out I caught up and passed her in the end. I didn't win my much, though. Our next 10K event is a month away. I have a feeling that Kel is going to take me down this year.

Good day yesterday. More active, less hungry. Macros very comfortably within range.
