The US is one of the few places where advertising prescription drugs is allowed. In Canada there are none (except on US network TV stations we receive) and I am horrified especially late at night when the majority of US TV ads are for drugs and all their side effects are rattled off at high speed so you don't focus on the ones like "death".

What keeps me eating this way is all the health problems I've lost (but come back quickly if I go off track). If your weight is stalled it is helpful to focus on the health improvements!

"Brain fog" is also a common symptom of grain & sugar eating. You did just wake up, leicester, we've all felt it.

I avoid all grains because gliadin is as bad as gluten for me in causing immune reactions.
