Things to consider: Are you taking any medications? Certain prescriptions can stall or block weight loss. Are you getting enough sleep or a good quality of sleep? How are you spacing your meals, and are you allowing enough time between meals? If you eat or snack frequently, it is counter productive no matter how few carbs you're consuming. Are you consuming anything with artificial sweeteners or hidden sugar derivatives? Usually, in the early days, there are things that can be improved. You might provide a typical few days worth of meals, and I know people will respond with guidance.
