Default Buffalo Chicken Dip

My apologies if this has already been posted...I did a quick search and didn't find it

8 oz package cream cheese
8 oz Frank’s Hot Sauce
2 stalks chopped celery

Heat on High in microwave for 3 min. Mix well.

Add

2 cups chopped chicken
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese ( I always add more).

Heat on High in microwave for 3 min. Mix well.

This is such an easy recipe...and everyone who has tried it is wow'd (even non-lc'ers!) I usually have it with pork rinds, or just with a spoon!

I originally tried it in one of my non-lc phases, and loved it. Made it for my daughter's birthday party when I started back on lc, and was personally fuming when a non-lc'er was eating it...lol (Same reaction when "they" are eating the devilled eggs at parties...hahaha!)

I don't have the exact carb counts, but it's all "allowed" foods

I know how you feel. I get ticked that with everything they can eat, they go after the one thing I can eat.

I also confess to occasionally hiding treats and waiting until after the kids are asleep so I don't have to share. I swear the best diet is having a small child around because you will only get to eat half or less of most meals. They steal the rest a bite at a time.

Thanks, this recipe was SOOOO good. I had been missing the taste of The Cheesecake Factory's Buffalo Blast and this taste just like it!

Of course, I ended up using leftover turkey
